The new three-story STEM Building will feature lab suites for anatomy and physiology, astronomy, biology, chemistry, geology math, microbiology and physics. The facility also will include classrooms and faculty offices.
The labs will be flexible to accommodate a range of pedagogies, which will lead to higher student success in learning.
The new space provides a centralized location for growing biology, physical science and
math programs that are currently located throughout campus. It also will create a permanent home for the mathematics departments.
