HERA provided programming and planning for academic science and research spaces, as well as forensic science spaces for a new 115,000 sf science complex. The new complex will include about 30,000 sf of science space and a 3,000 sf forensic laboratory.
The entire In the 8-week programming phase and 4-week planning phase also included a review of existing conditions, a space program and adjacency and concept diagrams.
HERA also provided a comprehensive equipment list for major OFOI equipment in the forensic lab, budget estimates for technical forensic lab spaces and a Basis of Design for the forensic spaces.
