Operations Manager

Darryl’s diverse background in architecture, construction and development brings a valuable, multidisciplinary perspective to his role at HERA. With more than 30 years in design and planning, he has worked with architectural firms, general contractors, real estate developers and as an owner’s representative, giving him a comprehensive understanding of projects from planning and design through construction and closeout. His laboratory background includes planning and delivering academic and research laboratories, as well as vivarium spaces and specialized laboratory equipment. As Operations Manager, he draws on this combined knowledge to support project delivery in the areas of contract and proposal review, project setup, quality control, construction administration, technical staff mentoring and project management reviews.
