In the first episode of Adtech Design and Development Leaders, HERA laboratory planners President Ken Mohr, Assoc. AIA is interviewed by Harper Harrison recruitment expert Jakey Bentwood. He delves into Ken’s career and development journey, his design preferences, his future goals and the advice he has for other industry professionals.
Ken leads HERA’s forensic and R&D laboratory planning and design practice and has completed crime labs, medical examiner facilities and other specialty labs around the world. He spent a decade early in his career as a lab planner at HOK before making the move to HERA in 1997. He was the first employee just a year after it was founded. Now, 26 years later, Ken is the president of this lab planning and design firm, which is a well-established market leader.
