HERA’s COVID-19 plan

First and foremost, we hope you and your loved ones are in good health and remain so during these uncertain times. As with so many other businesses, here at HERA laboratory planners our primary concern is to ensure the safety of our employees and loved ones. We are committed to doing our part in slowing down the spread of COVID-19. What does this mean to you, our partners and clients?

  • Our work will continue. We will conduct business as usual to ensure deadlines are kept, meetings go on as scheduled and work is completed at the highest level. That may be from our offices, which remain open, or from our homes.
  • Communication, communication, communication. As we navigate through this ever-changing landscape together, we promise you exceptional project communication using the appropriate channels of technology. We understand the need to stay in touch with each other and with you at all times, but particularly now.
  • No travel. For the safety of our employees and the community at large, at this time we are not authorizing any travel for our employees. We will continue to monitor and follow the travel recommendations of the CDC.
  • Technology to the rescue. We will continue to stay connected to you through virtual meetings, phone calls and other technology at our disposal.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact me or any staff member at HERA.
