For 25 years, HERA has built invaluable relationships with our clients and partner firms which have led to the construction of hundreds of laboratory spaces. While we are diligently planning the next state-of-the-art lab, it remains HERA’s culture to maintain a work-life balance.
In appreciation of our employees’ hard work, HERA is shifting to a 4½ day work week. Effective March 18, our offices will close at 12pm local time every Friday. We recognize that if it weren’t for the people who make up the HERA family, we would not be the successful laboratory planning firm we are today.
HERA’s staff will continue our dedication to you, our projects, clients and partners throughout the 4½ day work week. We are just kicking off the weekends a little early from now on.
