Rachel is an interdisciplinary lab planner who funnels her passion for neurodiversity into discovering the needs, wants and cultures of our clients to help create the best laboratory environment specifically tailored to them. She has been at the forefront of the neurodiversity movement, challenging project teams to consider the unique and diverse needs of every end user. She is a frequent presenter, panelist and advisor around the country, sharing her experience as a neurodivergent professional to help educate architects and others around her. Her experience in laboratory programming, planning and designing spans a wide range of laboratory and client types.
