Laboratory Intern Architect

Where: St. Louis, Atlanta, Philadelphia or Washington DC office

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture or Interior Design

Experience: 3 years of experience in architectural offices; previous lab project building type and/or production experience a plus.

Key qualifications:

Responsibilities include:

Laboratory Architect

Where: St. Louis, Atlanta, Philadelphia or Washington DC office

Education: Registered architect with a total of 10 years minimum in A/E or similar industry, of which, 8 years minimum in lab planning industry.

Experience: 3 years of experience in architectural offices; previous lab project building type and/or production experience a plus.

Laboratory Programmer/Planner

Where: St. Louis, Atlanta, Philadelphia or Washington DC office

Role: The successful candidate will work with the client (directly or as a team member) to program and plan the appropriate scope, scale and budget for facility related projects. These pre-design activities will include conceptual diagramming and planning in support of architectural activities. The candidate may serve as the client advocate and project leader throughout the pre-design, and potentially throughout the entire course of a project. By providing superior service and excellent programming and planning documentation, the candidate will support internal development efforts in the procurement of new work.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design-related field preferred – Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design.

Experience: Relevant progressive work experience in the A/E/C industry is preferred. The candidate should be able to demonstrate understanding of the industry, including the phases of design, industry language, reference materials & resources.

Laboratory Equipment Planner

Where: St. Louis, Atlanta, Philadelphia or Washington DC office

Role: Researches, plans, designs and administers laboratory equipment requirements for both internal and external clients by performing the following duties.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT or database-related studies
